North Karachi Industrial Development & Management Company (NKI-DMC) has been established under section 42 of the companies ordinance 1984 and is registered with Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan in 2006.

The main idea underlying the formation of North Karachi Industrial Development & Management Company is to work for orderly, planned and repaid industrialization by establishing developing and upgrading of the industrial zone as envisaged by the WTO to give a boost to exports.

Our mission is to endeavor our utmost to provide start-of-the art facilities for the uplift and upgrade our industrial Area. We thrive on the challenges of understanding the needs of our respective businessmen, industrialists and fulfill their aspirations.

The vision of North Karachi Industrial Development & Management Company (NKI-DMC) is one of the leading Development Management Company of North Karachi Industrial Area, focusing on consistent success and concentrating on growth by virtue of further improving and strengthening its capability and capacity building in the greater interest of our Industrial Area.

North Karachi Industrial Area of which the North Karachi Industrial Development & Management Company is a representative body is the largest Industrial Area in terms of Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs). These industries are significantly contributing towards boosting up the National Economy by regularly paying duties and taxes thus generating substantial amount of revenue to the Government of Pakistan. The Board of Directors which lead the North Karachi Industrial Development & Management Company through their untiring and sincere efforts to develop and maintain the infrastructure of the North Karachi Industrial Area for the ultimate success in terms of promoting the Trade & Industry, uplifting the face of economy and achieving their goals and objectives in a timely manner.
